Contract: Temporary (Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

About Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join our team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our tenants.

Role Overview:
As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality housing management service to our care and support tenants.

Your responsibilities will include achieving performance targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Support: Provide comprehensive support to tenants in our housing facilities, focusing on their individual needs and promoting their well-being and independence.
Housing Management: Oversee all aspects of housing management, including tenancy administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination, to maintain the smooth operation of our properties.
Performance Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed performance targets, including occupancy rates and rent arrears management, contributing to the overall success of our housing services.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly, creating a positive and supportive living environment.
Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, including compliance with housing and tenancy regulations.
Communication: Hold meaningful conversations with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:



  • Previous experience in housing management or a related field is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in empathetic and productive conversations.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
