Community Psychiatric Nurse

A new vacancy is now live for Locum Community Psychiatric Nurse to engage in a contract within a local NHS trust Liaison Service in Worcester.

This post is for candidates looking to work nights only and is a Band 6 position.

Hours: Full time long term locum contract

Days: Week Nights & Weekend Nights

Pay: £26 - £35 per hour for unsociable hours

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire

£250 for a successful application bonus!

Pay negotiable dependent on experience

Role:

You'll be working within the Patient Advice & Liaison Service at Worcester General Hospital in the Crisis Assessment suite.

The role entails assessing patients and engaging in interventions and signposting for those coming into the crisis hub within the hospital.

Due to the wide range of patients which can be coming in to the service, we are looking for candidates who ideally have experience with patients of all ages and previous band 6 mental health community based experience.

This is initially a nights only post so applicants must be fully flexible to working across nights and in the best case available for start at short notice with the vacancy being needed to be filled ASAP.

Candidate Requirements:

• Essential to be a driver


• Essential to valid NMC Pin


• Flexible towards availability - nights only
