Registered General Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner

Opportunity available for a RGN / ODP to work within an Endoscopy Unit Based in Stroud

The team sits within the Endoscopy Unit with the role predominantly able to assist the Endoscopist with a range of diagnostic procedures performed in the unit.

You will be a Registered Nurse/ODP in the Endoscopy unit and admit and discharge patients before and after their procedures.

You will support and care for patients within the endoscopy setting and after local induction have a thorough knowledge of how to prepare, care for and clean equipment including disinfection of endoscopes within the department.

You will be familiar with, and work to, the protocols and policies of the Endoscopy department and Trust policies.

The hours for this role is full time working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

The Hourly rate for this role is: £27 Per Hour
