Community Psychiatric Nurse

Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within a Crisis and Home Treatment Team, Based in Northampton

The team sits within the CMHT Team with the role predominately supporting patients in the community who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

You will be offering short term intervention and risk management with the aim of avoiding hospital admission or facilitating early discharge from inpatient care.

The team is a multi-disciplinary team which prioritises patient care, and is fun, friendly and supportive environment.

It is essential that you have a valid driving license which access to a car.

Crisis and community risk management experience is desirable.

As part of this role you will be required to do assessments, tribunals, Section 41 and CTO reports.

You must already have an active Smartcard and must have current or recent use and knowledge of SystemOne

This role is to commence ASAP with the hours being 37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday

The hourly rate for this role is: £25.00 Per Hour

It is essential that candidates have a valid NMC Pin.
