Occupational Therapist
New opportunity for a Occupational Therapist to work within the community within either Cambridge or Peterborough

The team sits within the community team with the role predominately providing face to face occupational Therapy and completing all clinical documentation at home or office base.

As part of this role you will work as an autonomous practitioner within the integrated multi-professional team, community neighbourhood teams and be responsible for own caseload and undertake assessment of adults and older people with complex and multiple pathologies using specialist clinical reasoning skills.

You will be able to identify patient needs, agree goals and provide appropriate therapy interventions, provide adaptive equipment, rehabilitation programmes, and make recommendations for minor and major housing adaptations in line with current legislation and be accountable for a delegated caseload held by Assistant Practitioners.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working 37.5 hours per week with the shift patterns being Monday to Friday

The pay rate for this role is: £25 Per Hour
