Our client is looking for a Administrator to assist with the delivery of effective and efficient customer service within a housing management service.

Role Includes:

  • To participate in arrangements to cover the day-to-day management of the Accommodation Office, including general office cover, taking telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries for the Accommodation Team and to carry out reception duties as required.

  • To deal with general and standard correspondence on own initiative, using standard letters, as appropriate.

  • To assist in the production of routine management reports, as requested.

  • To distribute all incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is dispatched.

  • To organise and maintain filing and information systems, including electronic systems.

  • To monitor and record details of all stock held on site/s, ensuring the details held remain up to date and that there is sufficient stock held to maintain the Group's properties efficiently and effectively.

  • To carry out Receptionist duties as required.


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft

  • Ability to work on your own.
