As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Developing tailored care plans


• Providing medicine safely to overseeing the care team


• Managing a caseload of complex and varied cases which will be challenging as well as rewarding


• Have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst in turn supporting their families


• Supervise Nurse Associates and support the care team by designating the nursing assignments, leading on clinical issues and making up the working schedules

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience of producing well developed care plans and risk assessments


• An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA


• Post Registration experience


• Able to show a can-do attitude always


• Able to effectively manage personal and work-related pressures

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.45 per hour and the annual salary is £46,789.60 per annum.
