Service Care Solutions is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for a skilled Solutions Architect to collaborate with a Police Force based in Kidlington.

About the Role


Role: Solutions Architect
Pay: £650 Per Day
Contract: 6 Months initial - Remote


As a Solutions Architect, your role will be to seamlessly bridge the gap between business requirements and practical solutions.

You will be responsible for crafting solution designs that align with the organisation's strategic direction and ICT principles.

Your ability to comprehend immediate challenges while keeping an eye on the bigger picture will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will:



  • Transform business proposals and requirements into tangible solution designs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate, approve, and execute solution proposals.

  • Navigate between strategic organisational goals and the practical aspects of solution delivery.

  • Utilise your architecture expertise to ensure effective design and management.

  • Employ architectural language to convey complex ideas.

  • Create UML diagrams and narrative descriptions to illustrate design concepts.

  • Leverage your programming fluency across multiple languages to enhance solutions.

  • Cultivate strong communication skills to foster collaborative relationships within and outside the organisation.

  • Apply project management principles to align solution delivery with project objectives.


Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record in architecture design and management.

  • Familiarity with diverse implementation patterns and proficiency in architectural language.

  • Comfort working with informal design methodologies, including UML diagrams and narrative descriptions.

  • Fluent command of several programming languages.

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with project management principles, particularly within solution delivery contexts.
