On-target earnings in excess of £50,000 due to an attractive commission structure.

To fuel their ongoing growth, they are inviting a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team.


Job Description: The appointed Business Development Manager will be the first in the business.

The appointed BDM will help the directors set up the sales function and will fundamentally aid the growth of the company by generating new business.


What we are looking for: We want an ambitious commission orientated hunter style Business Development Manager who thrives on bringing on new business.

This role comes with an impressive career opportunity to become a Senior Manager within the business over the next 2-3 years.


Responsibilities:



  • Identify and cultivate new business openings by evaluating prospects and aligning them with industry trends.

  • Foster robust relationships with potential clients, skillfully addressing their IT requirements through effective communication.

  • Sustain enduring client connections, offering support, insights, and pinpointing avenues for service enhancements.

  • Participate in networking events, trade exhibitions, and industry affiliations to amplify business networks and elevate the company's profile.

  • Harness diverse sales strategies, encompassing cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and in-person meetings to engage potential clients.

  • Exceed sales targets by consistently delivering on pivotal performance benchmarks.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client contentment and facilitate repeat business opportunities.


Qualifications:



  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies.

  • Proficiency in leveraging online platforms, including LinkedIn and social media networks, for effective business development.

  • Self-motivated with the aptitude to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
