Band 5 Community Staff Nurse

A new opportunity has become available for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to work within a Community based nursing Team in Stafford, full time.

Hours 08.30am - 16:30pm

Days Across 7 days per week Monday to Sunday

Pay £26 to £30 per hour via umbrella dependant on experience

Location Stafford, Staffordshire

£250 for a successful application bonus

Pay negotiable subject to experience

Role

To work within an established community based nursing team for Stafford Central and Stafford Town.

You will be with multidisciplinary teams and agencies to provide nursing care to patients in preventing their admission to hospital where possible.

You can be treating a range of adult patients with varying conditions therefore we are looking for someone with a minimum of one years' experience working as staff nurse.

We're ultimately looking a candidate who is available to start at short notice for this contract and is flexible in their availability across week days and weekends.

Candidate Requirements:

• Essential to be a driver


• Essential to valid NMC Pin


• Essential to hold at least 1 year staff nurse experience
