Advanced Mental Health Practitioner

A part time locum position has become available for a Band 7 Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to work within a Social Care Pathway Team within a local NHS Trust.

Hours: Part Time 9am - 5pm

Days: 2 to 4 days per week Monday to Friday

Pay: £30 - £31.50 ph Ltd via Umbrella

Location: Stafford, Staffordshire

£250 for a successful application bonus!

Pay rate negotiable dependent on experience

Role:

This vacancy sits within a local Social Care Pathway Team operating across the Staffordshire area.

You will be working within a community based setting providing social care and mental health related interventions and provided the next stage in social care pathways for service patients.

For this position we are only able to consider applicants who are Social Work Qualified and fully committed to patient facing work.

It's a part time position between the working hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday anywhere from 2 - 4 days per week dependent on the needs of the service and your availability.

Candidate Requirements:

• Essential to be a driver


• Essential to valid NMC Pin


• Essential to be Qualified Social Worker BASW
