Our Client within the Public Sector is currently recruiting for a Technical Inspector to join their capital delivery team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, temporary position on an ongoing contract until December with a potential extension, the ideal candidate will have experience of working within and have extensive knowledge within the Building Sector.

The propose of the role is to work within a team of Project Managers undertaking technical inspections for the PPM and capital projects.
To assist in the delivery of council designed PPM projects complying with current legislation that are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• To work within a team of project managers to undertake a technical inspectors role for planned maintenance (PPM) programme of works and capital projects for the councils Housing and Non-Residential Stock


• To assist in the delivery of council designed PPM Projects by ensuring site operations and construction works comply with relevant contracts docs, requirements and legislation.
  
  


• To work with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service.
  
  

Requirements:

• Have a wide understanding of the building industry, including knowledge of materials, trades and legal requirements


• Understanding of H&S legislation's including CDM regs


• Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £280 - £300 per day umbrella LTD Inside IR35 to join their team.
