
Residential Support Worker
Children's Residential Support Worker required in Leeds to work within a children's home environment.
Full time and part time positions available.

The role of a Residential Practitioner is to support, encourage and safeguard children and young people in their development, enabling them to make positive contributions to their families, society and local communities.
You will do this by fostering positive relationships and maintaining strong bongs between children and staff based on shared daily life and routines, joint activities and established boundaries of acceptable behaviour.
Typical earnings are £29,817 - £32,419 based on a basic salary of £22,271 to £24,919 plus sleep ins (£36.08), night enhancement at time and a third after 10pm and 50% weekend enhancement rate.
We are looking for candidates with recent experience working with children and young people within a residential setting or similar.
Ideal candidates will also hold the level 3 diploma in residential child care or equivalent, or willing to complete the qualification within the first 12 months of your employment.
