Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a community support worker to join Cheshire East Councils community team!

The main purpose of this position is to attend the needs of the service users in the local area and undertake scheduled checks inline with the care plans

This position is a full-time position and is initially based on a 3 month contract, however this can increase or even become more permanent depending on your performance, attendance etc!

What you will do:

• Attend to the personal needs of service users


• Encourage service users where possible to under take physical tasks for themselves, such as dressing, washing, feeding etc


• Contribute to the assessment of serviced users by carrying out tasks and maintaining records


• Undertake simple domestic tasks

What you will need:

• NVQ Level 2 in social care or equivalent


• Ability to work across a variety of settings


• Willing to be flexible and the ability to travel
