A client within the Public Sector based in East London is currently recruiting for a Project manager to join their Housing team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide an effective & responsive service to residents relating to refurbishment, reinvestment, and new build schemes.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for people management


• Proactively support the delivery of resident & community contribution


• Responsible for service planning & development

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require:

• A qualification in Building, Housing, or related subject (HND/NVQ level 4)


• Membership of a relevant professional body: CIOB/RICS

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £450 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
