Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a local authority, based in Southwest London, which is in need of an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team.

Role: Employment Lawyer (Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister)

Contract length: 12 month contract

Rate: £45-£50ph

Location: Southwest London, remote working

The Role

• Dealing with complex Employment Law caseloads from start to completion


• Deliver Employment Law advice and tribunal applications in a local Government context


• Drafting and negotiating documents including tribunal proceedings and other documents relating to Employment law when necessary

The Person

• Someone with 3+ years of PQE in Employment Law


• Ideally someone who has experience with complex Employment law cases in a local authority


• Someone who is comfortable defending Employment Tribunal claims
