I have a post for an UPVC Window installer to join our team on a Permanent Basis.

​​​​​​​Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Responsive Repairs team as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a UPVC window engineer where you'll be working around the Salisbury, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

We're looking for a UPVC Window Engineer responsible for the delivery of UPVC maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set.

Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as your day to day will involve:

• Carry out repairs to Upvc, timber and metal windows and installations to properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of the Group's customers


• Achieve quality and quantity in carrying out work and ensure compliance with Technical Services Health & Safety policies and statutory legislation


• Complete issued responsive, void and planned repair works to the given priority or confirmed appointments made.


• Provide technical advice, support or guidance to other departments within the group to enable them to carry out their duties; to include joint surveys, provision of quotations for improvement works


• Work with all other Commercial Services staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team where appropriate providing support where needed in the interests of effective and efficient services and in particular the contract teams​​​​​​​
