Brokerage Officer needed with the London Borough of Hounslow

Start Date- ASAP
Location - Hounslow
Duration - 1 year
Hours per week - 36 hours per week
Salary - £25 ltd an hour

Description:

• In the first 4-6 weeks you will be working in Hounslow, after this working from home apart from attendance at monthly meetings


• To commission packages of care and care home placements on behalf of the team


• Commission care using the team policy and procedure


• Support the priorities of Hospital Discharge ensuring safe provision of care to older persons and people with physical disabilities


• Manage performance enquiries, specifically, client invoice queries, provider finance queries, Freedom of Information request and complaints relevant to the team

What is required?

• Experience of working in health or social care


• Experience of dealing with external suppliers


• Knowledge of working in an office environment to tight deadlines
