
Staircasing Coordinator
A Housing Association based in South East London is currently recruiting for a Resales & Staircasing Coordinator to join their Team as soon as possible.
This is an ongoing contract on full time basis with hybrid working available, the ideal candidate must have experience working within a housing environment and have knowledge and/or experience of Leasehold/shared ownership and home owners property sales and transactions as well as statutory or similar sales
This role has several broad areas of responsibility which includes providing support to the property management team, staircasing and resales team, statutory sales officer and income collection team as well as having a number of direct responsibilities, including importantly monitoring and allocating work from the CRM system (Dynamics), pre-contract enquires and setting up new home owners on the MIS system (Orchard) as well as dealing with a wide range of other supporting task.
Responsibilities:
To providing a variety of front line and back office services to residents and other customers, making sure that a responsive high level of service in line with satisfaction targets is delivered.
To ensure that essential support services to the property management teams, staircasing and resales team, statutory sales officer and income collection team are delivered in a timely effective and efficient way.
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths or equivalent or demonstrable ability to operate at that level
Able to show that can work within policies and procedures and exercise discretion referring to team leaders as needed to deliver high levels of service and satisfaction.
Associate level member of the IRPM or similar or willingness to achieve this standard of membership.
Knowledge and/or experience of Leasehold/shared ownership and home owners property sales and transactions as well as statutory or similar sales
An understanding of the legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £19.81 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 based on experience.
