A luxury care organisation is now looking for an experiencedHealthcare Assistant (HCA) to join the team as a Regional Senior Care Assistant, helping to ensure residents across 2 local homes continue to enjoy only the highest quality care and support.

As a Regional Senior HCA, you will have a greater level of variety in your day-to-day as you provide more advanced care (such as medication and assessments), guide more junior team members to advance their skills, and – above all – support residents across the area to live well, stay safe, and have the best possible home-living experience.

You will be based at the group’s premium residential home in Boroughbridge and alternate between this and one other nearby home.

Mileage for distances over 5 miles from your base will be fully covered.

This is a permanent, full-time position (days or nights) for a Regional Senior Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – part-time may also be considered.

As this role will involve travel outside of social hours, you will need to have reliable access to your own personal transport.

Person specification:

Candidates must have:

• Previous experience in elderly care
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• UK driving licence and access to personal vehicle
