Community Psychiatric Nurse, Amersham

Opportunity available for a for Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Mental Health Hub, Based in Amersham

The team sits within a health centre, based in Amersham with the role predominately working within a dynamic team carrying out new assessments within the CMHT and care coordinate for patients.

As part of this role you will carry out assessments of mental health needs, care planning with psychosocial interventions and medication and you will be out in the community providing care coordination so a valid driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.

It is also essential you have experience working within the community.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent assessment and communication skills, and who is able to work dynamically within a fast paced, challenging yet rewarding team.

The hours for this role are 37.5 per week with the shift patterns being Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The hourly rate for this role is: £30 Per Hour
