Location - East Sussex
Rate - £25 - £30 PAYE Per hour (Paid weekly by an umbrella company).

Job purpose The primary purpose of this role will be to provide ‘hands on' project management support and expertise to senior managers and their teams across the trust to ensure delivery of the trust's strategic priorities which include successful implementation of the cost improvement programme (CIP), productivity benefits and major Trust wide projects that form part of this programme.

Post holder will work autonomously exercising expert judgement.

Using highly developed improvement and project management skills, the post holder will be responsible for day to day support, facilitation and monitoring to ensure that the portfolio of projects deliver to agreed expectations (including quality), on time and the required savings.

This role will therefore require considerable collaborative working across all trust divisions and work streams, excellent project management, facilitation and negotiation skills, and a ‘can-do attitude' with a strong focus on delivery.

Act as an internal consultant to facilitate and support staff across the organisation to identify, implement and embed change and cost and productivity improvement across the Trust and healthcare system

The post holder will need to work closely with Divisional Directors, Managers and Clinical Operational Leads to add real time capacity to successfully implement a number of sustainable projects across the trust and deliver the required project outcomes.

The post holder will provide leadership to support development of project milestones and plans, monitoring of key delivery plan and projects, and provide robust and accurate reporting into the trust's Programme Support Office (PSO) and to commissioners or our regulators as required.

The post holder will operate at all times with reference to the trust's objectives and priorities.
