Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Contract Type: Temp - Ongoing
Work Pattern: Mon - Fri

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Ashford.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and in depth enquiry service for all customer by delivering the best customer care experience you can.

Job Role -

  • First point of contact for customers via email, phone, or visiting and providing a high standard of customer care.

  • Delivering of pre agreed targets.

  • To efficiently and promptly deal with all customer contact cases and taking responsibility for the conclusion of the initial enquiry and exercising judgement on which cases need escalating.

  • Use IT systems to manage enquiries, provide information and access administrative systems in back office departments.

  • Provide administrative support/system input tasks.

Suitable Candidates experience: -

  • Experience on working within a customer focused role.

  • Experience of responding, handling and resolving challenging customer queries.

  • Experience in customer service soft skills including empathy and taking ownership.
