Are you an ambitious and motivated Pharmacist looking for a rewarding opportunity to lead a Pharmacy team and drive the growth and development of pharmacy services? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We are a growing group of independent pharmacies with a small dynamic community pharmacy at our core.

Recently, we have expanded our reach by acquiring three additional stores, bringing our total number of sites to six.

Our vision is to enhance our services and become a trusted healthcare provider within our community.

With an average of 8,000 items per month, our pharmacy offers a wide range of services, including hypertension case finding, NMS (New Medicine Service), CPCS (Community Pharmacist Consultation Service), flu vaccines, weight management, travel clinic services etc

Lead and manage a dedicated pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.

Take ownership of the pharmacy's service offering, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service provision and maximise customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Proven experience as a Pharmacist, preferably with experience in leading a team.

Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide accurate and efficient pharmaceutical care.

This role is offering flexible working with Part-Time; Full-Time and Half Day options.
