If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team as Registered Manager, overseeing the operations of the children’s homes and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.

As the Children’s Home Registered Manager, you will face exciting challenges, including managing a high-quality service that meets the needs of young people and promotes their participation and integration in the wider community, whist developing innovative work and creative programs and upholding standards of excellence.

This is a permanent, full-time role for a Children’s Home Registered Manager, working Mon-Fri.

You will need to be able to reliably travel across Walsall in this role.

Person specification:

Candidates must have:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervising and management of staffing in a care role.
• Previous experience meeting the regulatory requirements with Ofsted at a “Good” or “Outstanding” level
• Access to a reliable form of transportation
