Opportunity available for a Band 5 Community Nurse to work within an NHS setting, Based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

The team sits within the Ryedale Community Team at Malton Hospital.

As a Band 5 Community Nurse you will maintain a high standard of patient focused care.

The Community Response Team Ryedale, provides assessment, care, treatment and rehabilitation for patients in their own home so people can reduce their stay in hospital, return home and retain their independence.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be working on a full or part time basis working shifts across a 7 day period

Pay Rates - Band 5
Monday to Friday (06:00 - 20:00): £20.00
Saturday / Nights: £25.00
Sunday / Bank Holidays: £30.00
