Family Support Worker

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Family Support Worker in Northamptonshire.

Main Responsibilities

As a Family Support Worker, some of your responsibilities will be:

• Support families alongside the social worker with a varied range of interventions/assessments.


• Supervise contact between parents and children, and support with transport of children if/when required.


• Direct work with children, support with routines/boundaries/positive parenting support/support with families where there is issues of domestic violence/parental mental health/drug and alcohol misuse.


• To attend planning reviews, meetings and visits with colleagues an relevant professional staff as necessary in order to assist the analysis of requirements and to plan appropriate care programmes for service users.

Requirements:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent


• Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle


• Full Enhanced DBS
