A client within the Public Sector based in Wiltshire is currently recruiting for a Property Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to carry out surveys on properties across the Wiltshire area.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Guide construction and development projects


• Provide professional advice on matters such as the structural integrity of a property or its value


• identify structural damage and make recommendations for repairs.
  
  

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

• Familiar with the DRS system

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
