A client within the Public Sector based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within an asset environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to analyse complex data using Excel.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Compiling an audit trail of what is being delivered where and by who, in line with PAS2035 and DESNZ funding requirements


• Assisting with the updating of SHDF reporting documentation including project baselines, fraud registers, risk assessments, project delivery plans, project progress, etc.


• Reviewing and ensuring timely updates of programme trackers from internal and external parties


• Attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required


• Ensuring that stages of the programme are completed on time, ensuring they do not affect the next phase of the programme

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require strong Excel and PAS2035 knowledge.

• Programme management


• Time management skills, Communication skills, Organisational skills


• Administration experience, Project support experience

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £21.67 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
