A client within the Public Sector based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Disrepairs Surveyor to join their asset team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, evaluating property conditions, and producing comprehensive reports to support the resolution of disrepair claims.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Liaison with and efficient monitoring of repair contractors


• Devising and recommending cost effective solutions to repair problems.


• Undertake quality checks and Post Inspections of completed works orders when selected.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
