Complaints Administrator

Job Title: Complaints Administrator
Work Pattern: 35 Hours a week
Contract: Asap start
Location: NW1 0DL
Pay Rate: £20 p/h Umbrella

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Complaints Administrator on behalf of our client in Camden.

You will work closely with the customer experience coordinator team to resolve customer complaints and support the business in their management.

Job Role -

  • Drafting complaint responses

  • Filling in compensation slips, based on complaint letter

  • Sending compensation slips and complaint / ME responses

  • Reviewing CRM information related to complaints

  • Creating chronology for draft

  • Calling customers within 3 days of complaint

Ideal Candidate:

  • Awareness the of Housing sector

  • Good IT skills

  • Managing complaint caseloads

  • Analysing and producing statistical reports

  • Experience using a CRM.
