A client within the Public Sector based in Surrey is currently recruiting for a Planned and Voids Manager to join their Assets Team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role to be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of a cost efficient, customer orientated planned maintenance works and services.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all Fireworks and property

management is up to date and create work programmes for works required or for

legislative changes.

• Ensure Asset data and stock condition data is updated on our system for future

programmes

• Deal with all aspects of building maintenance and defects including post inspection

and managing follow on work

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require:

• HNC/degree and/or membership of a recognised professional body or equivalent

qualification or a minimum three years of working as a qualified surveyor

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

• Experience of presenting proposals to managers and senior decision makers


• Clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £34.30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
