If you have previous cleaning and gardening experience with a good knowledge of DIY and general maintenance then this is the role for you! 

We are working with an international, brand leading manufacturer who is looking for an Caretaker to join their organisation.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Clean offices/Cloak rooms/Kitchens/Rest areas etc.

to a high standard.

• Maintain grounds to a high standard.

• Weekly Health and Safety checks.

• Maintenance tasks.

• Work in a safe manner & follow Company Health & Safety rules.

• Liaise with departments as necessary to meet all cleaning requirements.

• Must be flexible with regard to working hours to meet the business needs.

• A problem solver and able to work with minimal supervision
