I have a post for an experienced All Round Multi Trade Worker to join a Team covering the South East London area.

The role

Working with the disrepair team, you will be working on properties covering the Lewisham, Peckham, Brixton down to Croydon area.

A Van, Fuel Card, tools will be provided for the role.

You will carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from installation work in carpentry, Plumbing plastering etc.

Main focus is installation of bathroom and Kitchen suites, 2nd fix work, flooring etc.

We are keen to take on people who work to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time'.

Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.30 am and 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements needed to apply.

, A full driving licence required.
, Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.


, NVQ or equivalent trade
