Job Title: Technical Project Manager - JICT Application Consolidation Project

Location: Guildford

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £450 per day outside IR 35

Overview:

Service Care is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and manage the professional consolidation of JICT applications.

The TPM must ensure that the project is well managed and controlled to make the most efficient use of allocated resources and maximize the delivery of business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end consolidation of JICT applications, ensuring project deliverables are completed within budget, on time, and to a high standard of quality


• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle


• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against key performance indicators


• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place and executed in a timely manner


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project, including IT Architecture, Networks, Cloud Technologies & Infrastructure


• Use project planning and control techniques such as product/work breakdown structures, baselining, critical path analysis, earned value, resource analysis, and conflict resolution to manage and monitor project progress


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports to ensure project progress is tracked effectively

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering complex ICT projects


• Proficient in Budgets - Principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the preparation and monitoring of budgets to minimize costs and ensure cost effectiveness


• Proficient in Project Management - Principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of a program of projects and related activities through to the successful achievement of planned business benefits


• Proficient in Resource Allocation - The effective and efficient deployment of resources, including reassessment and reallocation in a dynamic multi-project environment, to achieve optimum results


• Project Risk Management - The effective and efficient management of risk within the project


• Has an industry-wide understanding of IT Architecture, Networks, Cloud Technologies & Infrastructure


• Expert in Project Planning and Control Techniques Methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects e.g.
  
  product/work breakdown structures, baselining, critical path analysis, earned value, resource analysis, conflict resolution
