Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Private Practise based in West Yorkshire, the position available is within their Private Client Department.

They are looking for a Wills & Probate Paralegal more details below:

ROLE: Wills & Probate Paralegal
SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
BASED: West Yorkshire
OFFICE: Office Based.

The Role-

• Knowledge of Wills & Probate and previous experience in this area of Law but this is not essential.


• You will be providing legal and administrative assistance to two Fee Earners.


• Assisting with the undertaking of fee-earning to a good standard of accuracy, drafting legal documents, using the Probate Registry and Land Registry's portals, legal research, and seeing clients when appropriate.


• Organisation of a diary management system, administering filing including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.


• Dealing with correspondence and preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch and assisting with communications with clients through incoming/outgoing telephone conversations.

The Person-

• Self-motivated individual who has a positive, can-do attitude.


• have experience within a Private Client team, although this is not essential.
  
  


• Have a Legal background (within a previous position/ university.)


• You will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and have good decision-making skills.
