Job Title: HR Business Partner
Pay Rate: £400 per day umbrella
Hours: 36 hours per week
Type: Temporary
Based: Havering RM1 - predominately home working

We're looking for an experienced and innovative HR Business Partner to start ASAP based in Havering.

The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist with experience in HR operations/restructuring.
You will deliver innovative HR strategic solutions and lead on change management in a complex organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing people developing structures with new roles.
This role is a predominately work from home role however occasional office visits will be required for meetings.



Role Responsibilities -

• To help lead the change and restructuring and to develop structures with new roles in a complex organisation


• Deliver innovative HR strategic solutions


• People management skills including handling motivation, performance and capability.


• Provision of strategic HR advice that positively impacts service provision.


• Implement HR policies and procedures and proposing recommendations for improvements.


• To present options taking a risk-based approach.


• Deliver a range of high level, customer focused HR advice.

Essential Criteria -

• Must hold CIPD or equivalent, with evidence of continuous professional development.


• Demonstrable knowledge of both HR policies and procedures and employment law.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other desktop IT applications


• Proven track record of influencing senior managers in a complex organisation


• Have significant experience of both implementing HR policies and procedures and proposing recommendations for improvements.


• Demonstrable experience of analysing extensive data and producing HR reports to facilitate business decisions
