Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer/Legal Executive to join a growing department within a Private Practise based in the Manchester Region.

ROLE: Personal Injury litigation Lawyer
LOCATION: SALE
CONTRACT: Permanent (Hybrid after 5 weeks)
SALARY: 35-40K (depending on experience)

The Role-

• Handle you own case load from start to completion.


• Experience within Personal injury department and confident with Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability and Public Liability.


• Handle a Caseload of fast track with occasionally also handling Multi-track cases.

The Person-

• Someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of PQE in Personal Injury Litigation


• A Qualified solicitor or Cilex/Filex equivalent


• Confident in communicating and working well within a team
