Job title - Processing Customer Service Advisor
Location - Merseyside (L34)
Hours: 37 Hours a week
Contract - Temporary - 4 months
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £12.15 - £13.50 p/h

Our client is on the lookout for a Processing advisor to join their customer service team.

This role is responsible for completing a range of rules-based processing activities as efficiently as possible and in accordance with agreed policies and procedures in support of customer service delivery.

This activity is primarily in support of the service delivery areas of Income Collection, Allocations & Lettings and Tenancy Management.

Duties would include:

• Undertake a range of processing activities in accordance with documented policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with these and a consistent response to all customers.


• Ensure systems are updated with accurate and up to date information so there is clear view of the status of customer requests.


• Provide administrative support to Assets and Maintenance in order to support the execution of the contracts.


• Raise and Administrate Purchase Orders on behalf of Maintenance in order to support their contractor management, working closely with the commercial administrator.


• Work in partnership with other teams across the Customer Insight Directorate and broader Group to deliver the required level of service.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and escalate to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• 3 GCSE's


• Delivering excellent customer service.


• Problem Solving skills
