Personal Assistant

Are you organised, well presented and have a key eye for detail?

Service care solutions are recruiting on behalf of a private client for a Personal Assistant to work alongside a CEO of several businesses.

On a day-to-day basis your duties for this position can range between doing a stock update to going out on meetings with clients, meaning that no day is really the same!

Depending on your experience, this salary is paying up to £40,000pa

As a Personal Assistant you will:



  • General Administration duties

  • Booking meetings and attending them, sometimes without the CEO

  • Keeping the CEO organised with diary management

  • Note taking during meetings, preparing the minutes and distributing to participants

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters

  • Making travel and hotel arrangements



As a Personal Assistant you need:



  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Superb organisation and people management skills

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in a similar role



As a Personal Assistant you can expect a salary of up to £40,000pa plus:



  • Training opportunities

  • Performance bonuses

  • For a law graduate, a training contract can be offered

  • Work as part of an interesting team covering commercial property, social care, property development and renewable energy

  • 28 days holiday
