I have a post available for a Joiner to join a Repairs and Maintenance Team covering Caerphilly.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

The role -

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals on single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties in Caerphilly.

This is a static site job, but given the location, you will need to have your own transport to get to the site each morning.

To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works ‘Right First Time'.

Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 4pm pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements needed to apply.
