Our client is looking for an individual who will be responsible for being the main point of contact for managers within the group by providing support and advise on a broad range of matters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality HR service to the business.

  • Identify patterns and trends and continuously seek improvement in HR KPI's that you produce.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers.

  • Coach, guide and influence managers on the full range of HR policies, processes and practises.

  • Lead on policy review, development and roll out across the business.

  • Actively support internal marketing and the positive promotion of the HR function through establishing and maintaining credibility as a HR professional.

  • Provide support and guidance to HR assistants to aid their development.

Person Specification

  • CIPD level 5 or 7

  • Substantial employee relations experience including complex case work.

  • Change Management experience including contractual and restructure.

  • TUPE experience (both in and out is desirable)
