A specialist Swindon hospital for elective healthcare – led by one of the Top 15 Employers in Health & Social Care in 2022 – has a fantastic new opportunity for a Theatre Nurse(RN Adult)or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join the team as an Anaesthetics Practitioner.

The hospital, rated “Good” by the CQC, has 3 theatres (1 fully outfitted for computer-assisted surgery) and upgraded suites for Endoscopy and Ambulatory Care services to carry out a broad range of procedures, from ophthalmic and ENT surgeries down to orthopaedic interventions for the feet and ankles.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) role for an Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner with a mixed shift pattern.

Person specification:

You must be registered either with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult) or with the HCPC as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).

You must have experience within Anaesthetics.

You must have recent experience within an acute hospital setting.
