A client within the Public Sector based in Wiltshire is currently recruiting for a Retrofit Development Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing line management to a team of staff, including regular 1:1, appraisals, and other HR related matters.


• Quality of work and outcomes will need to be monitored.


• Identify and support development opportunities for climate officers and climate technician.
  
  Matrix managing, motivating, and developing a team of professional officers from other service areas to deliver on the client's carbon neutral commitment

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require:

• Degree in relevant profession, or equivalent experience, skills, Licence certificate qualification required for the role

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

• Experience of managing, motivating, and developing multiple teams of staff involving different workstreams


• Experience of managing staffing budgets Significant relevant professional experience post qualification in a similar work environment.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £320 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
