As a leading recruitment agency in London, the South East, and UK wide, we're expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help us grow our business.

In this varied role, you'll manage the recruitment process from candidate search and selection to interview, offer stage, and beyond.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent level of written and verbal English

• A money-driven and self-motivated personality

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients

• Sourcing, selecting, and interviewing suitable candidates

• Presenting suitable candidate CVs to clients

• Negotiating salaries
