Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a vibrant and forward thinking law firm, based in Staffordshire, which is in need of a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work amongst highly regarded Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives.

ROLE: Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant

SALARY: £18,500 - £26,000

LOCATION: Staffordshire

The Role:

• Assist with Conveyancing case files from private clients and referrals


• Deal with, as and when required, any duties the senior solicitors of the team deem necessary


• Liaise with new and existing clients and represent the team in a professional manner


• Open files, make phone calls, deal with Stamp Duty returns and various other duties required by the fee-earners

The Person:

• Someone who has worked in a similar role for a minimum of 6-12 months


• Someone with a 2:1 or above Law degree and ideally an LPC


• Someone who has dealt with Conveyancing law case files


• Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills
