A client within the Public Sector based in Hampshire is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to prioritise and give support to tenants and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Carry out property defect inspections and identify / advise appropriate solutions.


• Carry out inspections and schedule works required across client's stock profile and carry out post inspections to completed works by in house teams and sub-contractors.


• Provide technical maintenance advise to support business decisions, including liaising with internal trade operatives, sub-contractors, and external consultants.
  
  

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £42,000 per annum
