Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Private Practise who are looking for someone to join them as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

The Successful candidate will be joining a supportive, expanding team.

The firm is highly regarded for its work across the Wirral and Merseyside area, but also represents clients throughout the whole UK.

ROLE: Conveyancing Paralegal
SALARY: 20,000-22,500 (depending on experience)
BASED: Wallasey, Liverpool
OFFICE: Full time- Office Based

The Role-

• Being a strong communicator and relationship building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors when required.


• Obtaining and checking land registry documents and title deeds (if the land is unregistered), identify title defects and any issues such as potential adverse possession claims, lost title deeds, name discrepancies and bring these to the attention of the Team Leader


• Liaising with clients advising on technical content and answering any queries on their transaction both written and verbal.


• Assist colleagues and support Solicitors/Qualified Fee- earners.

The Person-

• Previous Conveyancing experience is essential (4-6months minimum)


• Previous experience of office management systems and procedures and big benefit if you have managed your own caseload


• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task


• Ability to complete assigned tasks effectively and promptly


• Ability to prioritise heavy workloads within tight time constraints


• Proactive and self motivated
