UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer, Maidstone, Kent, £35-45K + bens.

You must have A background as a UX/UI Designer, ideally with Figma, prototyping, wireframing, typography, layout and visual flair.



Your background:

, Experience designing for the web with a focus on UX/UI
, Familiarity with software such as Figma (preferred); Sketch; Adobe XD; Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
, Skills in typography; layout and visual flair.
, Experience in prototyping and wireframing.
, Highly advantageous but non-essential skills include knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS; animation and basic video editing.

The role:

, Design and prototype user experience solutions based on the requirements of the project.
, Create new and manage existing graphics assets.
, Communicate with the development team to see designs implemented.
, Strive to improve the product on an ongoing basis, carrying out usability testing identifying areas for improvement.
, Producing graphics for other departments (e.g.

marketing) as a secondary focus.

Ideally you will be able to provide examples of your work.

This UX/UI Designer role is a hybrid position based in Maidstone and pays c£35-45K base + pension, training and development, health and wellbeing benefits.
