Location: Westminster / Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up police forces on services across the platform


• Responsible for assuring and managing the release of auxiliary and atypical sites on the platform


• Responsible for assuring and releasing service changes implementing changes as well as managing the change control process working with the service management team


• Managing hypercare (post go live) and fixing issues


• Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for services


• Responsible for managing and maintaining the release schedule


• Upskilling additional resources for the release process to cover any absences


• Working with DPC team to deliver releases


• Communication to forces in the lead up to and on day of releases

Knowledge

• Knowledge of agile ways of working and user centered content design


• Be an advocate for best practice and good content


• Strong editorial judgement : know how to tell a story and carry a narrative through


• content


• Up to speed on emerging digital trends and culture


• EPIServer Experience

Skills

• Confident communicator : able to persuade, negotiate , influence, network and work with

Experience

• Have a proven track record developing content to meet user needs for digital services


• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams


• May not be a writer, but you know a good, well structured sentence when you see one and know how to turn a bad one good


• Experience developing and implementing content solutions to solve business challenges


• Experience producing and using content artefacts


• Open to constructive criticism whilst able to defend the design and user centred focus and principles of the platform


• Extensive experience working in content publishing system
